    Marlene Dann is an award-winning television executive with a long track record of success for producing news and entertainment programs. She distinguished herself by having a keen eye for finding and developing on-air talent. She has extensive experience training anchors, correspondents, experts, executives and high-profile personalities on how to perform in the media.

    As Executive Vice President at Court TV (now truTV) she was responsible for the network’s daytime programming, show development, talent management, bookings, newsgathering and editorial content. She recruited and supervised all on-air talent, many who currently appear on major outlets, including Savannah Guthrie, Nancy Grace, Jack Ford and Ashleigh Banfield.

    As an Executive Producer at CNBC she oversaw numerous prime time talk shows including programs hosted by Charles Grodin, Al Roker and Tim Russert. Marlene was also an independent documentary producer and a reporter for Fortune Magazine. For the past several years she’s worked with executives and members of nonprofit organizations on message development and presentation skills.

    Marlene has won various awards during her career, including being voted one of the top fifty women in cable. As an experienced producer and executive she understands what it takes to make the media work for you.

    Marlene is a board member of the Urban Assembly School For Criminal Justice and does fundraising and outreach for the organization.
